No Third-Party Sharing Rules
No data or communication exchanged during the course of practice will be shared, leased, sold, or otherwise disclosed to any third party without your explicit prior written consent. All digital files are encrypted on isolated backup registers in compliance with the highest administrative security vaults.
Statutory Legal Exclusions
The only exception to this non-disclosure guarantee applies where information is legally required to be disclosed by statutory state regulators, judicial summons, or compliance enforcement orders under federal, SEC, IRS, or municipal tax laws. In such events, AATS will immediately notify the client entity, unless legally prohibited from doing so.
